Returns & replacements

Every candle is handmade and made to order, so we don’t offer refunds. If your order arrives damaged, email hello@shopmaqtub.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unedited unboxing video, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost. Read the full policy.

Candle care

Trim the wick before each light, burn for up to three hours at a time and keep away from children, pets and anything flammable.

No. Maqtub candles are decorative and made of wax. They look good enough to eat — please don’t.
